Removing the Calendar Only rule
If you switch from Exchange Calendar Only to Full Exchange, you should remove the Calendar Only rule.
Before You Begin
If you are an Exchange Calendar Only member, you might have a rule set up on your Exchange account called the "CalendarOnlyRule." You would have imported this rule when you first set up your Exchange account. The rule is designed to keep your Exchange Inbox free of anything but meeting-related emails.
If you switch from Exchange Calendar Only to Full Exchange, you should remove the Calendar Only rule from Outlook or Outlook Web App (OWA). Failure to do so will result in your incoming email being automatically deleted.
