How to Block or Allow email addresses in OWA

In Outlook Web App (OWA), you can Block or Allow specific e-mail addresses through your junk mail filter.

Block or Allow email addresses in OWA

To Block or Allow email address in OWA, do the following:

  1. Click on the Options menu to the right.
  2. Select See All Options....
  3. Click on Block or Allow.
  4. Under Safe Senders and Recipients, you can allow addresses that you do not want directed to your junk mail folder. Under Blocked Senders, you can block addresses that you want directed to your junk mail folder. To add addresses to either list, type the address into the field and click the green add button to the right.
    • The settings are automatically set to Automatically filter junk e-mail and Trust e-mail from my contacts (checked box located below Safe Senders list). These are the recommended settings.
