How to create meetings in Exchange on Windows Phone 7
Add an event to your Exchange calendar and invite attendees on Windows Phone 7.
Before You Begin
To make use of these instructions, Windows Phone 7 must be configured for Exchange. Refer to:

To create meetings in Exchange on Windows Phone 7, do the following:
- Press Calendar.
- Press the plus sign (+) icon.
- Enter a subject.
- Enter a location.
- Press Account and select your Exchange account.
- By default, your Exchange account is named Outlook on Windows Phone 7.
- Choose a date and time for the meeting under When.
- Choose a duration for the meeting under How long.
- Press more details.
- Choose a reminder time under Reminder.
- This is the amount of time before the meeting you want to be reminded of the upcoming event.
- Choose a frequency under Occurs.
- You can set up a recurring meeting by selecting a frequency.
- Choose a status under Status.
- Press add someone under Attendees.
- Press add someone under either required or optional.
- Select one of your contacts. You should only select from contacts that use Exchange.
- At this time, it is not possible to search the GAL in Exchange 2003 using Windows Phone 7. For more information, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2463128.
- Repeat the previous step to invite additional people. Press the check mark when you are done.
- Add notes about the meeting, such as an agenda or topics to be discussed.
- When you are ready to send the meeting invite, press the save icon.
The meeting is added to your Exchange calendar and meeting requests are sent to your invitees.
