How do I change my address, phone number, and contact information online?
You can make changes to your contact information in iCampus.
Before You Begin
You can view and change your contact information in iCampus.
Your contact information includes things like:
- Campus address and phone number
- Home address and phone number
- Local/School address and phone number
- Parent address and phone number
You can also make changes to your name, as described in 1296: Overview of preferred names, legal names, and how your name is displayed.
View and Update Contact Info
To view and update your contact information in iCampus, do the following:
- Go to https://iCampus.IllinoisState.edu/ and log in.
- Click on the Profile tab.
- Locate the Contact Information channel.
- Click View All Addresses.
- Your contact information is displayed.
- You can change your addresses and phone numbers.
- You can restrict public access to your addresses and phone numbers, as explained below.
- When you are done, click Update.
Restrict Addresses and Phone Numbers
You have the option of restricting your addresses and phone numbers. Restricted addresses and phone numbers are not publicly available.
You might have multiple addresses and phone numbers on record with Illinois State University. If so, you can restrict one or more sets of information while leaving the remaining information unrestricted.
To restrict an address and phone number, put a check mark in the associated box labeled Restrict:. This box is located beneath each set of contact information in iCampus and can be found by following the steps above.
