Before You Begin

All employees of the University, including full-time, part-time, and student employees, can view their paycheck records in iCampus.

You can view a year's worth of paycheck records, starting with your most recent paycheck and going back twelve months in the past. You can also view your W-4 tax information, your year-to-date earnings, and your end of year payroll totals for the previous calendar year.

View Your Paycheck Records

To view your paycheck records in iCampus, do the following:

1. Go to https://iCampus.IllinoisState.edu/ and log in.
2. Click on the Finances tab.
3. Click Pay Check Records within the Payroll and Benefits channel.
4. Enter your 4-digit PIN if prompted to do so.
5. Your most recent paycheck record is displayed.
   
   • To view a previous paycheck record (up to a year in the past), click the Monthly drop-down menu, select the desired paycheck record, and click Go.
   • Your W-4 tax information and year-to-date earnings are displayed on separate tabs, respectively.

End of Year Payroll Totals

You can also view your end of year payroll totals for the previous calendar year. This view shows you your total gross earnings, as well itemized deductions.

To view your end of year payroll totals in iCampus, do the following:

1. Click End of Year Payroll Totals within the Payroll and Benefits channel.
2. Your end of year payroll totals are displayed.
