How to uninstall Cisco Clean Access (CCA) agent for Mac OS X
Follow these instructions to remove the CCA agent for Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5.
To uninstall the Cisco Clean Access (CCA) agent for Mac OS X, do the following
- Quit the CCA agent if it is running.
- To do this, click the CCA agent icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Then click Quit.
- Go to Macintosh HD > Applications
- Move the folder named CCA Agent to the Trash.
- Go to Macintosh HD > Users > [user account] > Library > Application Support > Cisco Systems (where [user account] is the name of your computer account).
- Move the CCAAgent folder to the Trash.
- From the Finder menu, click Go > Connect to Folder....
- In the Go to the folder: box, type
/sbinand then click Go. - Move the dhcp_refresh file to the Trash.
- Hold down on the Trash icon and select Empty Trash.
- Quit any open applications and restart the computer.
You have now removed CCA agent for Mac OS X.
