Blackboard Learn iPhone app is incompatible with Blackboard at Illinois State University
Blackboard Learn, an app for iPhone, is incompatible with Blackboard at Illinois State University.
Problem
I installed Blackboard Learn on my iPhone and when I try to configure it with Illinois State University's Blackboard server address, http://blackboard.ilstu.edu, I receive the error:
Error
The specified Blackboard server url is a Vista/CE system. These are unsupported.
I cannot use Blackboard Learn with Illinois State's Blackboard server.
Solution
Blackboard Learn is an official iPhone app for Blackboard. However, this app is incompatible with CE versions of Blackboard, which means it is incompatible with Blackboard at Illinois State University.
