Removing MS-PEAP cached credentials in Windows

MS-PEAP login credentials are saved in Windows 8, Windows 7, and Windows Vista. To remove the saved credentials, follow these instructions.

Before You Begin

When you connect to "isunet" using MS-PEAP in Windows Vista, your computer saves your ULID and password. It does this so you don't have to log in each time you connect. This is known as "cached credentials."

To remove MS-PEAP cached credentials in Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8, you must make a change to the security settings for "isunet." These instructions require you to be within range of "isunet."

More Information

If you are currently connected to "isunet," performing these steps will disconnect you. To reconnect, you must log in again.

Windows will prompt you to enter your ULID and password by displaying a message that says, "Additional information is required to connect to isunet." Click the message, and enter your ULID and password in the Enter Credentials window.
