Disable Pop-up Blockers

Blackboard uses pop-up windows to deliver some content. If you have a pop-up blocker installed, you should disable it when using Blackboard. This includes third-party pop-up blockers as well, such as the Yahoo! toolbar.

Respondus LockDown Browser

Some quizzes require the use of the Respondus LockDown Browser. If you're not using that browser, you won't be able to take the quiz. The decision to require the Respondus LockDown Browser is made by the instructor.
