Viewing a shared calendar in Outlook Web App (OWA)

You can access a shared calendar in Outlook Web App (OWA).

When someone shares his or her Exchange calendar with you, you can access it using Outlook Web App (OWA). You must follow these instructions each time you want to see a shared calendar in OWA.

View a Shared Calendar in OWA

To view the calendar in Outlook Web App (OWA), do the following:

  1. Log in to OWA with your ULID and password.
  2. Go to Calendar.
  3. Under People's Calendars, put a check mark in the box of the calendar you wish to view.
  4. The calendar will display to the right.
