Importing the Calendar Only rule
Import the "Calendar Only" rule if you use the Exchange Calendar Only option.
Before You Begin
If you are using the Exchange Calendar Only option, you should import the Calendar Only rule using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010. This rule will delete all non-meeting emails from your Exchange Inbox.
You must use Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 to import this rule, even if you plan to use another Exchange client to access your calendar. You cannot use Outlook 2011, Outlook Web App (OWA), or Mac Mail/iCal to import the Calendar Only rule.
If you do not have Outlook installed, you can use Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 on another person's computer to import the Calendar Only rule into your Exchange account. We recommend creating a new user profile for Outlook to accomplish this.
Important: The Calendar Only rule is intended for those using the Exchange Calendar Only option. Do not import this rule if you are using the Full Exchange option.
