- In the Subject: field, type a brief description of the content of your email.
- Click in the lower portion of the new message window and type the message that you would like to send.
- Click Send to send your email message.
Off-campus users: To check your email from off campus, you need to first establish a VPN connection using either the Cisco VPN Client or Network Connect in WebVPN. If you check your email primarily from off campus, you can configure Windows Mail to use MailVPN settings instead. This allows you to check and send email without the need for an independent VPN connection.
