Putting a call on hold on your Ericsson digital phone
While you are on a phone call on your Ericsson digital phone, you can put the call on hold.
To put a call on hold, do the following:
- While you have a call on Access 1, press the Access 1 button to put the call on hold.
- While you have a call on Access 2, press the Access 2 button to put the call on hold.
- To take a call off hold, press the same button again (Access 1 or Access 2).
