What is my VoIP PIN?
Your VoIP PIN gives you access to User Options, Settings, and other information on your VoIP phone.
Before You Begin
Your VoIP PIN is used to access the personal address book and personal fast dials on your VoIP phone.
Important: Don't confuse your voice mail PIN with your VoIP PIN. They are not the same thing. You might decide to change your VoIP PIN to the same number as your voice mail PIN so they are easy to remember, but you should realize that they are used for different things.
Default VoIP PIN and Logging In the First Time
By default, your VoIP PIN is 0000. You must change your VoIP PIN before you can use it to log in to the personal directory or personal fast dials on your VoIP phone.
