Cisco Unified Communications (UC) is a framework that utilizes voice over IP (VoIP) technology and has been implemented at Illinois State to help you stay connected with the university community.

Cisco Unified CM User Options Website
Many of these features are accessible through the Cisco Unified CM User Options website. To log in, do the following:
- Go to http://voip.ilstu.edu.
- Log in with your ULID and password.
