How can I use a different email signature in Outlook 2003?
If you have more than one signature in Outlook 2003, you can choose the one you want to use when you compose and send email.
You can create more than one signature in Outlook 2003. For example, you might have one signature for work-related email and another one for personal emails.
- Create a new signature. For details, refer to 1018: Creating an email signature in Outlook 2003.
- Compose a new email message in Outlook.
- Your default signature (the first one you created) will automatically be present on the new email.
- If you want to switch to a different signature, right-click on the existing signature. Select the name of the signature you want to use. (Figure 1)
