You must use Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2007 to import this rule. Once imported, this rule functions on your Exchange account, regardless of how you access your Exchange calendar. Refer to 1255: Importing the Calendar Only rule.

This rule has been updated to support the voice mail upgrade scheduled for August 13, 2011. If you are an Exchange Calendar Only user and a Unified Messaging subscriber who receives a copy of your voice mail messages in your email, you must update your rule by downloading and importing it again.
